The general answer I get out of this is that agents are here to stay but technology will still affect their industry. What technology should I be on the look out for?

I always hear to go with referrals from other investors or agents in your area which is what I will most likely do.

Try getting your personal finances together, a good job and save for a down payment. If you can house hack a multi you can get paid to live somewhere and use the money you save from not paying rent to build up another down payment. Rinse and repeat. I am sure there will be road bumps but that just comes with the territory.

My concern with book is I dont want to get ahold of a bad one and train myself wrong and end up in a bad situation.

Something that really helped me is the self authoring future program. You write about your goals, what will happen if you dont improve or how great it will be when you achieve your goal.
