Why not just D4D independently and try to buy/wholesale/sell those properties?

I'm interested in that but don't quite understand the whole process, approach, contracts, 3rd party sales, ect.

Seen a video where someone was hiring people to drive for dollars for them and were paid for every property they uploaded to an app. Where I can find jobs like this where I can D4D for someone else? Checked on indeed but didn't know what to search.

I work 3 days a week Fri, Sat, Sun and have all week free to do this.

Based in Port Charlotte, FL.

Quote from @Cody Breunig:

This is a long shot here but we've run out of options, wondering if any investors would be willing to fund a lawsuit to get our family farm back, we have 76 acres of prime land on HWY 12 in Sauk City, WI. Would be willing to discuss in more detail. Don't get me wrong this investment is not without risk, there is no guarantee to win the case. However I believe the documents, testimonies and affidavits available provide enough detail and context to prove our claim.

Please reach out if interested.

If you provide some high-level detail about the context of the claim and the case, you may get more interest. Regarding "I believe the documents, testimonies and affidavits available provide enough detail and context to prove our claim." has an attorney agreed with your assertion? If not, unless you are an attorney, I have a hard time believing that statement. But again, your post has very little to go on.
Agreed, I apologize for the lack of detail, I'm all over the place and running out of time.

Spoke with an attorney just yesterday who's currently reviewing the case to see if there is a path forward, and have another couple meetings scheduled this week, I'm just trying to get my ducks in a row if there is something that can be done at which point I'll be happy to share all pertaining information.

We had a pretty decent shot at appeal according to my grandmother's attorney but her health started to decline towards the end of the lawsuit and she ran out of money.

So if you or anyone else reading this is interested just drop a comment and I'll share all details the lawyers shares with me when they do

Thanks to all with useful information. And to Kevin, go be an ******* somewhere else, this community is not the place for it. What an ignorant comment. You don't know what I'm already doing and assume I'm looking for some sort of hand out is ridiculous. I'm reading as many forums as I can, I've also been listening to numerous pod cast as well as reading books. I can read all the forums i want and i could still get ifo that i didnt kbow in the past. I study on average of 4-6 hours a day for this. And I made my own forum to get answers, maybe somebody knows something that I haven't read about yet. Knowledge is power my friend.

Hello,

Currently living in southwest florida interested in getting my real estate license. I have a felony from 2009 for some THC, was wondering how this would affect my chances of getting the license. I am aware that felons can get their license, if anyone that has done this could help with the steps needed to apply, get approved and any recommendations for classes would be greatly appreciated.
