Should I do my first deal 20/80? Me being the 80 and the lender 20? The lender would act as my down payment so then I would be literally buying a house no money down.

Cheryl Packham I'd love to make this a full time career. But I need to know where to start I know at first I'll more than likely have to have another job but I want to get to the point of no return of that job.
