@Tim C. I went to Miami University so I kind of idea of the housing market there. I haven't ran any numbers there recently though. I was visiting a month or so back and it did seem like there was a lot of housing construction going on.

Nice to e-meet you. I will start practicing running numbers on deals, that is a great idea. We really do need to get a meet up scheduled with all the young investors in Cincy. Maybe have 1 or 2 experienced people that to bounce ideas and questions off of.

Thanks for the warm welcome Joe. I have started listening to the podcasts. They are full of information and very motivating to hear from successful investors. I will have to check out Jay Scott's books. He seems to be very well respected on the forum. 

I am sure we will be able to find a time where we can all meet up.

I agree that we would need to have experienced investors to learn from. Maybe invite a featured experienced guest speaker for a Q&A session. Different person every meeting (just in an idea) 

Most of my evenings are open right now so I would have availability to meet up. 

It's great to hear from all of you in Cincinnati, I didn't know there was so many. Right now, I live in the West Chester area but I am looking to move into the Oakley area. We need to start a young real estate investing group!

I am finding that out fast. The podcasts have been great.

I am new to BiggerPockets forum and to real estate investing. I am 25 years old living in the Cincinnati area looking to slowly work my way into real estate investing then hopefully it can turn into a full time job (isn't that the dream?!?!) Currently, I am an account manager at a digital media company. 

I look forward to asking questions and contributing to the forum.
