Ive got all that taken care of, I need to generate leads, faster and larger.

I am super curios to what tools people use to do there mail campaigns? How to YOU, input address data, print mail, and keep track? I am some what of a low tech individual with very little mail marketing experience but i do see the power of it and would like pointers on some good techniques.

Curt I see you work Memphis, what can you tell me about it? its been on my radar lately with mixed reviews

I have thought about KC it was on my list, but really i thought if i have to invest out of state it might as well be a place i dont mind going to solve problems. But ideally like every one i want to buy the cheapest renting for the highest.

I am looking at Tampa FLA, Houston TX, and South Carolina to start building a rental portfolio. My back ups are Memphis TN, Indianapolis IN, and Cleveland Ohio. I would just love to listen to any cheers or jeers of those areas, and maybe your favorite   

I am looking for information, and pricing, or commercial property available for sale in Dripping Springs, or between Austin and Dripping springs. I basically want about a 2 to 5 acre lot of dirt. I dont mind existing structures but the more undeveloped the better.
