Would love to help if I can. OKC is a great rental market. I have several friends that are wholesalers.

@David Litzau your landlord policy will not cover any of their personal belongings. You should consider requiring it just for another layer of separation of liability. It makes it clear as to what you’re responsible for and what they are responsible for. Hope that helps.
