Hey everyone,

I am new to BiggerPockets and also new into real estate investing. I live in Maine and me and a coworker recently started our own handyman business in the Central Maine area. We wanted to post on the forum and meet and here from other people in our area about their experience.

Our ultimate goal is to build up enough profit from our handyman business to buy rental properties with cash. We believe in Dave Ramsey's philosophy and do not want to go into debt with our business. We do work full time and work our handyman business on the side which can be demanding at times. We are looking to hear from people from our area who have had success with flipping houses and keeping them as rental properties. Eventually our long term goals would be to purchase properties on some of Maine's lakes to Air BNB them. We hope to focus on real estate investing and our handyman business full time and leave our current jobs in the future.

Any information, tip, stories from anyone in our area are greatly appreciated and we look forward to connecting with new people.
