Real estate ethics is a debatable subject which is much about the trust factor between a buyer and a seller - in a wider picture. However, the ethical representation of real estate is more in focus to the investor-realtor relation to be more specific.

While the code of ethics establishes obligations that may be higher than those mandated by law, in any instance where the Code of Ethics and the law conflict, the obligations of the law must take precedence.

Eventhough, it remains the moral duty of the realtor to provide the best benefits for investment in lieu of the investors trust for the realtor

Real Life Real Estate Investing - Host is Vena Jones Cox. It's aired on the radio so there is little or no selling here(haven't heard any selling since I started in December). Really good information, also their guest aren't selling anything.

Real estate Investing - again a sellathon but they do give some small nuggets of information here and there. Just take what you can.

Hey, that is a great list to listen

But can you suggest some online podcasts other than radio

Personally, i would have accepted this 12 months offer but not with major discount but some minor compensation (of course much more than the average bank interest rate):)

Also you will have to draft out a quote in the agreement for pro-rata payback if the deal fall through midway through the year
