My name is Coba and I’m working with a few traveling nurses to provide medium term rentals. 

I just made an offer for my first MTR. Its  2bed 1 bath turn key in Sac. Im new to the area but would appreciate any recommendations. Im currently looking for:

1.GC/builder for an ADU(also financing)

2. Interior designer for a light rehab, mostly cosmetic updating+ photographer 

3. Landscaper to update the yard

4. Local Investor RE agents with experience in STR/MTR

I'm working with traveling nurses and shopping for smaller SFH to purchase and then add an ADU in the back.
I’m looking for resources to help finance/build the ADU and a local investor-agent to locate property. 

Does anyone have someone in mind and would appreciate any help/advice . I live SF and I’M Not familiar with the Sacramento market.
