As @Jon Holdman said, the numbers aren't there. But great ambition!

Great job! That was a huge improvement

See how many amps the outlets pull, and any other electrical fixture the house pulls, then add them up.

@Account Closed What I am saying, is I want to invest the money I have, not pool others' money to give to me. And what @Dawn Anastasi and @Jon Klaus said was right, peer-to-peer lending.To my understanding based on the prosper website, is that you as well as others can put money into funding one loan for someone through the site. I have since then been able to look it up with the propper vocabulary I thank you both!

Try prosper.com, yesterday i saw loans from 2 grand to 35 grand.

Good morning everyone,

I have been looking for a website that has multiple investors pooling their money together to lend to a single person. I am looking for anyone who has done this before, and could possibly share their experience. I understand you want to find out credit scores, portfolios, employment and such, but i am not familiar with the laws or vocabulary of this type of investing. Could anyone reccomend a website where i could read more on this? Or even just give me some keywords to search? Much appreciated!

Thank you everybody for taking the time to respond with well thought out replies. Once again, GREAT community here!

@Liam Goble That is inspiring that you both started young and are successful, i will greatly take that into consideration thank you for that.

@Andy Robison Hey i appreciate you actually talking to someone about living outside the barracks. I mean technically i could, but it would have to be almost a perfect situation as in location and the complex type. Also food and gas would need to be considered as well. But anything could happen i think its best to look at all possible senerios and put the best one together. Thanks man.

@Account Closed Your right about credit. I never had a credit card, always paid in cash. So i will definently be looking to build my credit this year, and may have to use money of my own as any downpayment. I have a good starting stack of about $15k-$20k.

@Rick H. My mother had a father named george who died when she was little, but I always thought he lived in a different state. So possibly. And i will definently start investing more in education. And i understand what you're saying about not being able to grow if friends have nothing to grow on. I plan on going to seminars to possibly meet a whole new line of people, who hopefully have some great expirience. One thing i can bring to the table is interior wiring. My MOS is an electrician, so that is defininently should help me out in real estate.

@Edwin E.

Rah! Are you currently deployed? Yes he is a Cpt, and is very passionate about real estate investing. He has taught me a lot and inspired me just as much to get an education in REI. As for making a timeline for myself.. Great idea! I will get to that! I thank you for the motivation and advice you bring through text.

Scratch out the casino part that's completely irrelevant to REI. I don't know why i put that in here, i appologize.
