Is the land that you are building on already subdivided and have electrical and sewer running to it ? 

@Justin Peila the programs is two separate programs. It will be the same rates for the fixNFlip loan. On the Rental30 loan we will give a .50 basis point discount on the origination. Also no seasoning requirement on the Rental30 and we will refinance up to 75% of the new value of the home.
