Hey BP! I wanted to introduce myself and ask a couple questions. I'm an agent with a wholesaler in the DFW area but I'm hoping what I learn and the experience I gain in this role will help me to be a successful real estate investor later down the road! I've really grown to enjoy the Bigger Pockets Podcast and am just shocked at how many opportunities there are and in how many different directions you can go with real estate investing! Glad to be here, excited to learn, and I cant wait to expand my network.

I'm an agent with a real estate investment brokerage in Fort Worth, Texas. The office I'm in covers a wide area and we have offices all over the DFW area. I get about 40 properties every month ranging from cheap $50,000 frame houses all the way up to $500,000+ brick, late 2000's builds, most of them are off market deals! Some properties are move-in ready, some are in need of a full re-build.

I take those properties and send them out to my investors based on what they're looking for and include a CMA with each deal I send. If you're looking for OFF-MARKET, discounted investment opportunities in the DFW area, I'd love to have a conversation with you.

I am a licensed Texas real estate agent with a wholesale brokerage in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. What I do is pass off 30-40 investment properties every month with a detailed CMA included with each property that includes the most current, closest proximity, comps to support it. If you are looking to invest, let me be your inventory. If it's a deal, it's a deal. If it's not, it's not. Move on to the next one! Also, keep in mind, we are always looking for houses to purchase; if you ever have distressed, single-family homes for sale, I would love to get information about them.
