What is fire service exactly?? We managed a property in Arcadia, California and we had to do fire service, fire extinguishers and have an inspection. Does anyone know any information about the free inspections? Thanks.

Hey Guys! Thank you so much for the reply! I am out in California, I am a licensed Broker, my brother is a real estate lawyer and I have my best man as my general contractor.I am going to focus locally as LA properties ( in higher end areas ) seem to be my niche.
--How much does everyone charge monthly?? Average?? Most people around me charge 5-6
