I was thinking maybe even Gulf Breeze to split the difference between Navarre/FWB and Pensacola..trouble is just finding the place to do it.

Hey everyone! I am Caleb Drake from Five Pillars Team, eXp Realty. I am an investor and agent in the Florida Panhandle and I do a lot of business with investors in the Pensacola area. I have been in the early stages of starting an investor meet-up (Pints and Properties) and I was looking to gauge if there would be much interest in the area.

As of now, I only know of the Pensacola Investors Guild, which is an awesome meet-up as well. I'd rather compliment Matt's efforts than compete. I'm just wondering if there is enough demand for a second group.

Please give your opinions!

If you ever want to flip or BRRRR a house in the area, get in touch. I have the entire team built to do it. Everything from the agent (me) to the contractors and even a preferred PM to manage them after.

I’m originally a Hautian but moved away twice now. I own nine doors in TH all managed by a PM. I can give you insight on the area if you need it.

I invest about 50 miles west of Indy. I used Jim Winning at First Financial Bank. He is their commercial lender. 5/1 ARM, 4.5% APR, 15 yr AM in my LLC. Closed on a refinance in like three weeks.

I use Blue Point Financial for my LLCs. They are out of Destin. I also like SETCO Services on Palafox St for closings and deed work. Make sure it’s the one on Palafox because they aren’t all created equal.

Depends what you are using them for. If it's for title work, I would recommend Shultz Law Group--KerryAnne Shultz is an awesome person and real estate attorney. I've used her personally when I had some issues with my HOA and she gave great advice but I never had to go to bat with them because they backed off. I've also used her office for title work as well.
