Thank you guys for the replies.  I've decided to get my real estate license within the next few months to kick start my learning even more and get some experience with the markets and try to make some money that way to build an account for investing.  Thanks again for the welcome.  Have a great and look forward to learning and building an empire.

My name is Clinton, I'm very new to real estate investing.  Meaning, I haven't made investments yet.  I'm learning and reading as many books as I can.  I need to get out and start evaluating and performing due diligence.  I work in Physical Therapy but want to invest in my families future and security.  I've decided after Rich Dad books that this is up to us.  I look forward to reading and learning from everyone and everything presented here.
