@Mallory Austin@Monica Duran@Rick Baggenstoss Hi Everyone! New to the chat here and also new to BiggerPockets. I came across this article as I was doing some research on the Westside property values along/close to the BeltLine.

I just purchased a complete Reno in Westview last summer (immediately on Derry Ave, right off of Ontario) and I absolutely LOVE it. I notice I’m about 5 years late to the conversation, but wanted to chime in as this area has seen phenomenal changes and growth since 5 years ago. @Mallory Austin

I believe you made a great decision Mallory. The west end/westview area are one of the last area of Atlanta ITP that is changing for the better. It definitely shows in the market as you can’t seem to find anything decent for less than 420k in these areas. That will continue to rise as the beltline finishes and all of the new development continue to rise.

Enota park will be HUGE for the neighborhood. It’s slated to break ground here in a few months or so. RDA is making a complete turn over. The westside is truly coming up. It’s the next best thing for Atlanta, no doubt. Nice to meet all of you!
