Quick clarification on SparkRent- someone correct me if you understand differently, but I don't think SparkRent is owned by Intuit, but only uses Intuit's payment processing. The prominent placement of the Intuit logo sure makes it look like they are one company and SparkRent is a product of Intuit, but I don't think that's the case. If you google "SparkRent reviews" you'll see several less than positive reviews of their service. I'm planning on avoiding it.
