@Lemar Quimby Even though this is almost 2 yrs old now, it was very informative. We are looking into investing in Barbados real estate.

Would you happen to know of any good realtors, maybe some you’ve worked with, with experience in working with investors from the States?

Investors, where is the best place in Baltimore to get used, good condition, appliances (washers and dryers, specifically) for my rental properties? If they deliver, all the better!

Greeting, BP Community! I'm setting up my RE business entities in DC and heard that the best way to do it is with an LLC in combination with a corporation (C or S) as manager. Does anyone have experience with this in the DC area or know where'd I get the best counseling on setting up RE business in DC? Thanks.

Recently, I was at a seminar where the speaker briefly mentioned that he's been able to make a career of assisting homeowners, who are being foreclosed on, by finding them buyers for their property and structuring the sale so that the seller is able to get paid through what amounts to an annuity through the following year. Is anybody out there doing this and if so, would you explain how it works, please. - Clif in DC
