Greetings everyone,

I have recently setup a LLC specifically for real estate investing in the (Maryland) area. We are currently speaking with lenders and seeking vetted and trustworthy contractors to partner with once we receive funding.

All recommendations are welcomed.

Thanks in advance!

@Philippe Monfiston what meetups do you attend in the DMV area. Are there any virtual meetups?

 Hi @Patrick Orah, I signed up meetup.com and joined the virtual meetup group RPI Education Networking Group-DMV.

@Jeff He perfect, thanks for the feedback. I have been wrestling with setting up a holding company in Wyoming and having multiple LLCs under that holding company in different states.

@Jeff He

This is solid feedback. I appreciated the response and took it for me. How did you setup your LLC? Is it used as a foreign entity for out of state properties?

Hey Roberto,

I’m here in Baltimore and a rookie in this space as well. Currently learning and researching myself and looking to start investing in first property within next few months.

@Robert C. Wow man, sorry to hear that they were the worse Bank experience for you. I work with them as well but also in the process of probably opening accounts in up to 10 banks max to get access to capital.
