Hey Brett! I very much appreciate the recommendations. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad but I don't think I absorbed it well, will go back to it again. I will get"One Thing", I have heard of it but never picked it up, will order it on amazon soon. Yes right now my goal is to learn and meet awesome people. I don't want to rush anything, it seems like I am drinking from a fire hose with all the great material here. Thanks for the advice!

Hi BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Clifford Cheng and I am a recent Cal Alumni, class of 2015. I am interested in learning about real estate and real estate investing but my experience is limited to one real estate class in college and a couple of books. I currently work in the finance sector in San Francisco for a wealth management firm and a lot of our clients own real estate. That peaked my interest to learn more about this class of investments to better help them and understand their situation, as well as for my own knowledge. I am looking for a great community of people that I can connect with, grow with, and learn from. Hope everyone has a great day and feel free to reach out to me!

P.S. You will always find me reading so if anyone has great books about real estate or any topics that interest them, I would greatly appreciate any recommendations. Take care!
