Noe Perrin Hey I rehab properties in south Florida through out dade and Broward county always looking for good deals we should connect, tell me a little about what you do?

Who wholesale out of the Miami area? What does a great deal look like in this current market? and are super, super hot deals hard to find now?

Thank You, right I'm mainly focusing on Wholesaling to start obtaining some income targeting my local neighborhood flooding them with post cards.

Now is a great time to start wholesaling!

My best advice in wholesaling is to learn how to market.

As a wholesaler your job to master marketing for sellers, and usually the buyers will come. 

Start by coming up with a budget that you can live with long term, find a marketing channel and be consist.

 Thank you Michelle, Yes I've already started my marketing campaign targeting my area and just sending out post cards to everyone in the neighborhood which has my website and facebook page on it I'm currently work on another area of marketing strategy to help gte leads, How do you market in Hollywood?

Thank You for the welcome im so excited to be on this site but for my WHY since I was a child I've always been in love with single family homes and townhomes, growing up in New York City you know they don't really have to many of those but I use to come out to Miami every summer as a kid and had friends that family's had very nice homes and I would always love to go to there house, so from there I would always walk in the nice neighborhoods just to look at homes and the transfermation of homes then a couple of years ago I got into watching those flip my house shows and said to myself I could do this for a living and decided to pursue my dream in October of 2014 so I guess we are one of the same, hope to hear your story and wish you the best of luck hopefully we can network soon.
