welcome, Im a wholesaler in Indianapolis, IN.........I would find a mentor which was stated or a peer and work together.....offer some kind of value to vetted wholesaler......and go from there......i would D4$ as well....

@Clevon Tilghman I lived in the Atlanta, Ga area for a few years. I really enjoyed living there. 

To answer your question: A great place to start would be to find mentor. Finding a mentor who is trained in what's working today will help cut your learning curve way down. Real Estate is a legal intensive business. Having a great mentor can prevent you from getting into trouble and in Real Estate "trouble" can be very costly.
