To answer your question: A great place to start would be to find mentor. Finding a mentor who is trained in what's working today will help cut your learning curve way down. Real Estate is a legal intensive business. Having a great mentor can prevent you from getting into trouble and in Real Estate "trouble" can be very costly.

@Miranda Simon thanks for the great advice. I thought we were not allowed to use the "M" word here but I'm definitely open for it. Are we allowed to ask? If not how else am I to find one? Thanks!

Hi everyone! My name is Clevon and I'm very excited to learn and start. I live in Atlanta and I'm interested in wholesaling. I have no idea how to start so any advice is welcomed. I was considering bandit signs. Is this a good way to start in Atlanta?
