Yes my thought process was to use a series per 3 property that I decide to hold from what I read it's less expensive than forming a single LLC every time . And no I'm not aware of the financial limitations, please enlighten me. I welcome all advice. Which I why I love BiggerPockets.

Hello everyone, my name Clementene I'm fairly new to real estate investing, I will be investing mainly in Fort Worth and Dallas TX. I'm in the process setting up a Series LLC and would like to know if any of you are utilizing a Series LLC and how you have it structured. In the case of flipping do you have a parent LLC and create a child LLC for each project?

My name is Clementene, I live in the Fort Worth area I have been studying real estate investing for a while now and I ready to transition from studying to doing. I'm interested in all aspects but would like to start with flipping to build some capital and the move to other aspects.
