I am also on the fence about using their services. I had a consultation with them last summer and feel like I need more professional help but just can't pull the trigger for the promise of what could be without concrete guarantees it will be worth it...

I PM'd all of you for individual discussions but hope on day it can evolve to a quarterly meetup in LA for all interested. Have a great week!

@Ramon Padilla I have names I would reach out to but nothing set in stone yet. Do you have any good recommendations? I have a duplex near your flip area, it's been my worst performer.

Sounds good Ramon. Were your flips in the same neighborhood? I am considering doing my first serious rehab in 63134 at a house next door to mine.

Haha 4 years and 6 doors probably sounds better on paper than it is. You are in a better neighborhood.

I messaged you both, thanks for replying!

Hi!

I am looking for other people who live in Los Angeles and invest in St. Louis. I started there about 4 years ago and have 6 doors. Would love to know people in my area doing the same thing so we can meet for coffee once a month to exchange ideas.

Cheers
