Have not used a hard money loan to purchase but considering using one for this for a particular/situation flip.

Anyone recommend a company with good rates?

Other options besides hard money? bridge loan?

Other experience with hard money loans on flips, good? bad?

Hi

Does anyone who know of a GREAT CPA/ or CPA firm in Southern CA let me know.

Need a CPA that of course is fluent and CONFIDENT in Real estate short term investing. Ex. Knows what to form for you LLC/ Scorp. what you can deduct.. etc.

Greatly appreciate it.
