@Austin Largusa what's up man! We are looking into SFH buy and holds in the B neighborhoods. We are exploring brrrr and traditional mortgage methods based on what's works best. We spent 4-6 months analyzing markets and came up with Indy as the market that fit best with what we are trying to do.

Hey everyone, my name is Clay Kuhn and I am from the Bay Area, CA and wanted to introduce myself! I have long been lurking on bigger pockets and am focused on being more involved in the community this year. 

I have a background with real estate since my family has long been invested out here in California. They taught me the true value real estate can bring. I currently work in sales for a professional services company and after a few years in the corporate world I have committed to being more active in my own personal real estate ventures and making a wealth generator that will supersede me. 

I work with Aaron Reeves ( https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/AaronR183) on investing in markets out of state. We are currently focused on Indianapolis for this year but who knows where we will end up the future, so anyone form Indy feel free to connect.
