Hi there, Brand new investor looking to purchase a rental in the next 1-2 months.  Is there a software, or something to use to keep track of all items that will need to be recorded for Tax purposes??  Is this possible without a CPA?   Looking to only have 1 house this year in 2022, and then 2-3 houses in 2023.   Thank you, please tag my name so I can be notified when someone replies.  :)  Oh, I'm in Houston TX, if that matters ith anything.

Do I have to have the property for a certain amount of time to transition out of my name, and into an LLC, are there any penalties ? Is this an easy transition? How long does the process take?
