Thanks for all the feedback, I ended up attending  the Fortune Builders 3 day meetup. It was good but we decided not to do the 35k coach program for now and just keep working and learning from some local groups and on acquiring a couple deals before looking back into the program or something of the same nature.. I did learn a lot of new thing in the 3 days.
