Hi BP! I am a Newbie interested in beginning  my path to financial freedom . Alongside my gf of 3 years, we have saved up a little bit of cash which we would like to invest in real estate. Living in the Miami/Ft lauderdale area we see how expensive it can be, but we also see some decent prices for properties. We have worked with two realtors /lenders so far but it seems their priorities and ours are not aligned . There’s also a special caveat for us.I have DACA and she is pending an asylum hearing . We are both authorized to work and live in the US, however I’ve noticed that our financing options may be limited. Wondering if anybody out there has any experience with this? Trying to not get discouraged .

Thanks!

I am starting out this a buy and hold venture with 3 partners. We will need financing and want to figure out the best way to approach this. We will form an LlC but realize we will still need to personally guarantee the loan. Anybody recommend a specific type lender to look at? Furthermore, any other advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
