Hello everyone. I'm new to real estate investing. I actually created my account on BP a little bit ago and never did my introductory post. Shame, I know. I was trying to get some other aspects of things in order before I began interacting regularly within the site. For my first deal, I plan on trying to house hack, in a duplex for example, here in Frederick County Maryland area. In the future I want to do investing in North Carolina (I'm originally from there and the market is much cheaper than Maryland). I want to start out with rentals and explore other avenues after a few deals. If any investors in the area are interested in meeting up, coffee is on me!
