Hello everyone, 

I am Canadian, residing outside Canada and willing to invest in the Canadian market (probably Quebec to start with) with my partners. Our aim is long-term, large-scale investment, big portfolio in real estate investment, development, and management. We would like to have an effective organization, paying less down payments, less taxes, legally.

Does anyone have any advice/recommendation on the selection of business element (type) from the below list?

Any advice on strategies and how to correctly start?

We are looking for large-scale (multi-million or multi-billion) projects to invest. We can invest in or buy any property type, from towers/hotels/hospitals/school/universities/residential, or any other real-estate. 

We have a tier A company profile and a well-established experience in Buying/Selling/Investing/Developing/Managing/Operating. Our work is currently based outside USA. However, our business is growing and we are open to work in any other country.
