I also want to thank everyone who is responsible and has given their time and effort to start this forum...I think it will be immensely helpfull!! While being a relatively new...but older RE investor...I've owned a STVR in Savannah, Ga for several years and have come to find (unfortunately sometimes the HARD way!) that there are indeed distinct and unique opportunities, problems and differences in owning this category of RE. I've also been debating and exploring the possibilities of expanding my VR portfolio...and I'm really looking forward to connecting with others and learning from their experiences and wisdom. Hopefully, I'll also be able to contribute and help others in some small way. Thanks again for starting this forum...it was really needed!!!
