I am currently a Realtor/property manager, one of my clients whose properties I managed and sold 1 of his flips, wants to go into business.

His credit is not strong enough to get a loan, however my credit is. The bank wants me to work as a guarantor for the loan. Is there anyway I can protect my credit/money if we decide to work together on a deal?

Has anyone ever heard of the Business Financial Store, they have offered me a business line of credit. I am a little nervous about dealing with this company. It sounds to good to be true
