Thanks @David Kraljic for the map. I'm in the same boat. I'm a Canadian investor looking to invest in C and B neighborhoods in JAX. Although google street view is helpful, it can't give you the 'vibe' or 'feeling of the neighborhoods. I spoke to a real estate agent and he went to look at a property that looked well on paper, but there were some shady characters hanging around. So, it's important to look at it yourself or have someone you trust do it for you. I also go on trulia.com to get an idea of the crime rate.
