How's it going everyone? I am in search of a property manager in the Bossier City area of Louisiana for a single family rental home I own in the Bellaire neighborhood right outside Barksdale Main Gate. I thought it best to add a discussion post on Bigger Pockets to aid my search. I currently live outside the country and definitely need a property manager next month. Thanks in advance to anyone with recommendations! I hope everyone is well and has a great weekend!

Anytime is a great time to invest! Are you planning on investing in Seattle? Those are some high prices in my opinion. The eastern side of WA is really starting to appreciate.

I’m in this predicament myself or at least I will be in this predicament within the next year. Great to see these responses!

It was great to hear your perspective on investing in Detroit. Made me consider it myself. You’ve had great appreciation with your properties. I was wondering if you think it might be too late to get into that market as an outsider or if you feel there is still plenty of future appreciation in Detroit.

For me it’s pretty simple. Financial freedom. All of my other life goals can be achieved if that one goal can.

I’m getting ready to move from Louisiana to Japan and I’m not sure now is the right time with everything else going on in my life. What I’m doing about it is everything I feel like I can do. Learn more. Prepare for when I’m ready. I’m reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and listening to multiple episodes of the Bigger Pockets podcast every day.

BP Podcast episode #269 posted back in March 2018 had some fantastic discussion on LLCs as well as other tax related maters. Great to read these responses from all of these smart investors! Good Luck!

Hi guys! Ive been listening to the podcast for several weeks but just created my account today. I have done some research into investing out of state but it still feels very intimidating and now I have military orders to move to Japan for a few years. Does anyone know the logistics of investing out of country? Im not even sure where to begin trying to learn what tax issues or the problems I may face, not to mention the fact I currently only own one property and my experience is nil. As they say on the podcast "You don't know what you don't know". If anyone has tips or can point me in the right direction to learn more that would be incredibly helpful! Thanks in advance!
