Anyone find one of these ?

Trulia USED TO have a great one but took it down for some reason (I got confirmation from their support team).  Neighborhood Scout is another one but not very detailed if you zoom in / out and not free access

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi BP Community,

Though you all might enjoy this infographic (link below) which shows Landlord friendly vs Tenant friendly states

Anyone have stories or anecdotes that would confirm or deny this infographic?

All the best,

Clark

Have heard two sides to this: 1) mortgaged properties cannot be put into LLCs and the bank will call the loan (due on sale etc). Only option would be umbrella insurance. 2) banks never find out you put it in an LLC and just ask you to put it back in your name if they find out (just a slap on the wrist) Anyone have personal experience with this? Planning on getting rental #2 and want to be protected against the “slip & fall” and exploring available options. Thanks!!

Looks like these are the major cities where you can cashflow - anyone have experience investing in multifamily out of state in these areas?

Hello bigger pockets community!

Living in San Francisco working as a tech salesperson so great to see a platform that can assist and help newbies like me learn.

Very interested in multi-families out of state, as prices in CA, let alone SF are incredible high, so have been looking into Cleveland.  I hear East Cleveland is a nightmare but wondering if anyone has experience in South Broadway/Slavic Village (44127) or Forest Hills (44108).

Cashflows in these areas look appealing and so seems like the return depends on the "hassle factor" and quality of prop manager / tenants, so curious if anyone has had success in these areas.  Really interested in hearing stories of people owning multis in other states and how much of a disaster or opportunity that can be.

If anyone is interested in West Oakland who is not in CA I can provide insight if you're curious, as I have looked as this area but haven't found anything in my price range (below 150k).

Thanks!

Best,

Clark
