To all the experienced real estate investors that read this, I'm wondering what kinds of services a newbie could offer you that would provide value to your operation? What kinds of things have people done for you in the past? Any dirty jobs, or time consuming tasks or problems that could be delegated to the right person? Basically, I'm broke af, no marketing budget, but plenty of time that could be spent making money for the right investor, with the intention to eventually partner in some larger way. All help and advice is appreciated folks.

Just getting started in REI, still learning a lot, going to wholesale a few houses and then buy a few rentals in the next six months before I leave for basic training for the Air Force.

I am hoping I can figure out a way to continue investing after I leave.
