Post: Recommendations for Foreclosure legal

We decided to try seller financing a few months back and the buyer has decided they no longer need to make their payments. Looking for a recommendation for a foreclosure attorney to represent us against the buyer. The referrals we have had are all swamped with no time to add to their busy calendars. We are in Smyrna, Rutherford county just SE of Nashville.

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo. What types of IRS/CPA approved payments are working well for rents to LLC entities to keep personal and business funds from co-mingling?
