I went driving for dollars today and came across a couple of FSBO but their properties are not in bad condition , therefore I'm not sure if I could get a discount should I still try and reach out ? Or just focus on distressed vacant properties

I went driving for dollars and found a couple of properties most of them looked vacant and the grass grew up on one house so much you could barely see it what steps should I take to find the owner

Any help will be greatly appreciated !
