Hi All i just bought my first 2 family home I'm gonna be living in the first floor and rent the 2nd my questions is how long i have to wait to do refinance and take some money out to buy a second home? Can i used another bank or have to be same bank?

I called today and the officer just confirm is not any city lien or code complaint thank you for that advice.

Thank all you guys for that advice im confuse now with to much info lol and yes we going now to attorney review and i will ask all this questions about the tenants living there i will keep post.

Ok realtor callme and tellme that they dont have a lease is just a month to month contract and the bank is selling with the tennats in so i have to buy the property with this tennants, i really like this property so if i buy this property what is my firts steps do the estopple letter o go and tell them they need to sign new lease agreement.
