Local lender is stating that I am still the personal guarantor for the LLC . A hard credit pull will reflect the debt on my DTI. I had the impression that was not the case… I will press the local lender more… Thank You for the reply!

I am looking to purchase two properties using DSCR loans. I'm trying to clarify if the DCR loans negatively impact my personal debt income ratio. Also, what effect on personal credit score?
