Hi All,

Thanks for the great information.

Darryl: We are looking for multifamily properties we can rent for a positive monthly cash-flow and our starting budget ~$250000. In full disclosure we currently have a buyers rep for the London area (who also works at Kellar-Williams). We will be under contract with him until the start of summer (2018). Given you're working for the same company I'm not sure what the proper etiquette is for regions outside of the contracted region?

Philip: Thanks for the suggestions! We'll check into Rock Star for the Hamilton region.

Michael: Thanks for the link! I am still developing my skill at navigating this huge discussion board so I really appreciate the pointer link.

Hi All,

I am new to the Bigger Pockets forums and would like to say hi!

My family and I are currently looking to purchase our first of, hopefully, many multifamily rental properties. We have begun looking in Ontario,  (Hamilton, London, Windsor...) and some areas in British Columbia, Canada. We are looking to start building a great team in these areas (Ontario Especially) and if anyone has any advice for an investor friendly real estate agent or broker who serves these areas it would be greatly appreciated!

Thank-you to everyone who posts on these forums they've already served as a very useful source of information.

Chris
