Does anyone know what the specific requirements, or where i can find them for FHA owner occupied financing on a mobile home ? ie. Tie downs, supports etc ?

My list comes from the notice of trustees sale at the county. So without cross checking i dont have any idea of the LTV ? My list may inherently be prone to underwater deals because of the NTS but id love to filter them out, or have an answer

My mail campaign is working well in the sense that im getting alot of calls. Alot of them are houses that are underwater. Ive researched it a little are here, but what are some other peoples strategies for these scenarios ? Id like to find a way to use the leads even if its as simple as handing them off to a short sale agent.

Didnt really expect craigslist to really return much if anything. Id like to start building a list and working with local individuals with IRAs that would like to explore some creative investments, ie. Realestate. If there not already knowledgeable about Self-Directed IRAs then start there.

What methods have people used to find IRA investors ? Do things such as lists and Craigslist work, or mainly just networking etc. I know theres alot more to it that just "Hey, give me a list ..." just looking for some general direction. Thx
