So I am a first time renter and in October I asked the manager when my lease was up the date was the end of November so I was like awesome last part of school. Well i get a paper a week later explaining I need to pay a new amount the following month I followed up the two options I had and told my landlord which one I could afford we agreed I walked away paid ON TIME the amount I renewed with and I get hit 4 days later with a late fee of 50$ plus I was charged the option I didn't agree to I was told I should have signed paperwork I never received...I there anything I can do because I'm refused cooperates number who are the people that charge the late fee
