Hello Steven Im from Nassau LI, Uniondale to be exact

Great I like to see thinks like this it just confirms that my emotions an gut are in the right state. Going to seminars can be great but in some cases there just taking advantage of people who lack knowledge of the industry. A big turn off for me is the everyone raise your hand all toether now or the yes tactic ughhh drives me nuts. I would Definitely say getting a mentor or finding someone in your market that you can talk to much better outcome then a bunch of books DVDs an documents.

Hello BP I'm new to wholesaling an I'm wondering what marketing strategy's are working in the new york city area. I'm looking for a starting point to generate motivated sellers and serious cash buyer. Ive attended my local REICLUB meeting found a few cash buyers there but i need to start a marketing campaign to let people know who i am an what it is that I do. I know NYC is a very competitive market which means it has it pro's an Con's. I'm ready to jump in with out all the guru hype I looking for real answers that i can put into action.
