Thanks Taylor Jennings!LA is a beautiful place to live, but not that great for buy and hold investing - the rent to value ratios are way too low.

Hello everyone, my name is Ciprian. I’ve joined the site 1 year ago, listened to all the podcasts and I’ve been here almost every day, reading the blog and the forums. So I guess it’s about time to introduce myself :)

I began investing in 2011, in out of state turnkey rental properties and my goal is to buy at least one property every year. I like the Indianapolis market for now, but in the future I would like to try new markets to diversify. I am also interested to see what investment options I could have here, in the Los Angeles area. I joined an REI club last month and I hope to network with some local investors.

Thank you Josh for creating this site and to all the members who have contributed so far – I have learned so much from all the information that you shared! I really appreciate everything that the BP community is doing for investors and I hope that I will be able to contribute with some of my knowledge.
