I’m pulling the trigger today and making my first investment purchase. The numbers work and positive cash flow. It’s out of state and I’m going on faith with the real estate team I’ve hired. Boy my heart is pounding. Terrified and excited at the same time.

Hey California Investors.  Are you out there? I always notice training information does not apply in California. I'm being challenged to purchase and flip a property here before jumping into out of state investments.  I run a real estate team myself however the price point in my area is much higher than I'd like to begin with. I'd like to mastermind and grow wealth.
