Aloha! I am looking for investment opportunities in Salt Lake City or Park City UT. I currently live in Hawaii where I own a multifamily property that I live on, 3 houses that help me pay the mortgage and I have a single family home in Park City that I was lucky enough to buy and fix up in 2010 that I currently have rented.

Hawaii is a tough real estate market so I am looking for more buy and hold in Salt Lake City, Ut. I don't mind fixing up the property. The house in Park City was a complete remodel - it was started in 1979 and never finished - I had to finish it and bring it up to code. My boyfriend is a finish carpenter so he is a lot of assistance - and we both enjoy renovation most days. Trying to make smart investments for long term income.

I am really impressed with the wealth of knowledge that this site offers. If anyone is successfully investing in Hawaii would love to hear about it as well.
