The market here is very stable...we don't see a lot of appreciation but there's also very little fear of losing great sums of money due to a rapid depreciation. The rental market is also a strength here.

What's up guys! I'm not exactly new here, but I did kind of fall off the cliff for a few months, and now I'm moving from Cincy up to Columbus within the next 3 weeks. Just wanted to see who else out there is in Central Ohio.

I'm currently in Cincinnati but work is bringing me to Columbus and I know there are a lot of you guys from central ohio on this board. I'm just trying to get a feel for "who's who" because I'm looking to jump in with both feet as far as investing goes as soon as I get up there!

Just wanted to say hello from Cincinnati to everyone. I'm a new agent and loan officer here in the tri-state area and am eager to learn from everyone here and hopefully contribute to some investment related posts here on the forum!
