Buy and hold airbnb. bought as my primary residence and lived in it full time until about 6 months in i started airbnbing when i wasn't using it. After that I decided to buy another primary residence and airbnb this one full-time. It's close to medical campus so often travel nurses want to stay for a few months.

consider the neighborhood more when doing an airbnb. I often have to explain about the neighbors barking dogs, and i get hit on the location quite a bit in airbnb ratings, both of which are out of my control.
